Quotes/Reservation Tips:

Round Trip Requests: Please submit two separate requests/reservations (1 for the arrival transfer and 1 for the return transfer). Each leg of your trip is a separate quote/reservation request in our system.
 

Passenger Contact Phone:

Please provide a cell phone number you are traveling with in this box; in case we cannot locate you at pick-up. Your chauffeur will call the cell phone number provided. This is not required, but highly recommended.
 

Airport Arrival Reservations:

We update all flight arrival times and arrive when your plane lands, no matter whether you arrive late or early provided we have a correct flight number. Please ensure you list the scheduled arrival time for your flight in the "pick-up time" field; and we will update the arrival time from there. If you are not flying direct to your destination please provide only the flight number for the last leg of your trip.
 

Reservation Payment Terms:

A valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover is required to place a reservation. We do not accept cash for Chauffeur Safety reasons. Your credit card will be charged 48 hours prior to the reservation date for the total amount including; gratuity & any applicable fees.
